On May 16-19, 2019, the 12th CCS Annual Meeting was held in the Beijing International Convention Center in beautiful Beijing, sponsored by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and Chinese College of Surgeons (CCS) in cooperation with the Beijing Medical Doctor Association and Beijing Branch of Surgeons of Beijing Medical Doctor Association, and organized by Peking Univeristy People’s Hospital. Eaglescope Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to attend this meeting.

Meeting minutes   The opening ceremony of this meeting was held in Beijing International Convention Center on the morning of May 18, 2019. It was presided over by Chen Xiaoping (academician), and attended by the leaders and surgical experts from the physician associations in a number of countries and regions, such as Germany, Italy, USA, India, Pakistan, Australia, South Korea and France.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Shan, President of the Chinese College of Surgeons, gave a welcome speech. He pointed out that, the Chinese College of Surgeons has adhered to the fundamental tenet of “regulating industry behaviors and attaching equal importance to right safeguarding and self-discipline” and made efforts to fully carry out “service, coordination, self-discipline, right safeguarding, supervision and management” over 12 years since its establishment.
